Hello! I’m super excited to introduce my new website and blog. Health and wellness have long been a passion of mine. My ultimate goal is to inspire you to get and stay healthy while ditching restrictive diets for good. Healthy eating does not have to be bland, boring, or restrictive. Your health is unique to you, and does not look the same for all people. Health is so much more than food, and there are many components that effect it. Having witnessed people fail over and over again because of and restrictive dieting, has motivated me to share what I’ve learned as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for the last 12 + years.
