Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 6 oz coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cut mango into squares.
  • Hull strawberries and slice in half.
  • Add all ingredients into blend and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Frozen mango and strawberries can be used. 
Adjust the amount of coconut water for your desired thickness. I prefer to use 1 cup or less.
