Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

old fashioned oats

milk of your choice
I usually use almond milk

cup
plain Greek yogurt
¼
cup
pumpkin puree
1
tsp
vanilla
½
TBSP
honey
If not sweet enough, add another ½ TBSP
1
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
pinch
salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well in small container such as pint mason jar with lid.
Close mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
Stir well before eating & enjoy!
Notes
Enjoy them cold or warm 30 seconds to 1 minute in microwave.
