Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Chill overnight 6 hrs

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup milk of your choice I usually use almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ TBSP honey If not sweet enough, add another ½ TBSP
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients well in small container such as pint mason jar with lid.
  • Close mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir well before eating & enjoy!

Notes

Enjoy them cold or warm 30 seconds to 1 minute in microwave.
